Welcome to Rapid Repair Pro: Myrtle Beach Handyman Services LLC. By approving an estimate, booking a service, accessing our website, or permitting work to begin, you (\"Client\") agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions.

1. Scope of Work & Change Orders

Work will be performed as strictly outlined in the approved Project Proposal or Estimate. Any additions, modifications, or extra tasks requested by the Client (\"Scope Creep\") are not included in the original estimate. Additional work will require a written Change Order or explicit email/text confirmation, and will be billed on the final invoice at our standard hourly rate or service specific add-on rate plus material costs.

2. Unforeseen Conditions & Hidden Damage

Estimates are based on visible, accessible conditions at the time of assessment. Rapid Repair Pro is not responsible for hidden structural damage, electrical/plumbing issues behind walls, rot, pest damage, or mold remediation beyond surface treatment. If unforeseen conditions arise, work may be paused, and the Client will be notified immediately of any cost or timeline adjustments required before proceeding.

3. Client-Provided Materials & Delays

If the Client elects to purchase, pick up, or supply materials independently, Rapid Repair Pro makes no warranty regarding the quality, suitability, or completeness of those materials. We are not liable for project delays, shortages, or wrong/defective products provided by the Client. If work is delayed or halted on-site due to missing, late, or incorrect client-supplied materials, our Standard Professional Rate of $115.00 per hour will be billed for all time spent on-site (including setup, standby, and takedown).

4. Site Access, Utilities & Preparation

The Client agrees to provide free and clear access to the work area, continuous electricity, and running water. The Client is responsible for clearing personal items, breakables, and furniture from the work zone and ensuring children and pets are secured away from the work area for safety.

5. Cancellation Policy

If the Client cancels a scheduled project prior to completion, the Client agrees to pay for all labor completed, custom materials ordered, and expenses incurred up to the exact time of cancellation. An itemized invoice will be issued immediately upon cancellation and is due upon receipt.

6. Payment Terms, Late Fees & Stop Work Clause

• Payment Schedule: Payment is due in full upon completion of the service unless explicitly stated otherwise in writing.

• Late Payments: Invoices unpaid after the due date are subject to a late fee of 1.5% per month (or the maximum allowed by law) plus all reasonable collection/attorney fees incurred to recover funds.

• Stop Work Right: Rapid Repair Pro reserves the right to suspend or terminate all ongoing work immediately if any invoice or deposit remains unpaid beyond its due date.

7. Payment Disputes & Chargebacks

The Client agrees to inspect all work upon completion and raise any concerns or disputes directly with Rapid Repair Pro in writing within 7 calendar days. Submitting payment, signing a completion voucher, or failing to report issues within 7 days constitutes full acceptance of the work. The Client explicitly agrees not to initiate credit card chargebacks or payment reversals without first giving Rapid Repair Pro written notice and a reasonable opportunity to inspect and remediate the issue.

8. Workmanship Warranty & Exclusions

Rapid Repair Pro guarantees workmanship for 1 year (12 months) from the date of service completion (unless otherwise stated in writing). This warranty covers labor performed directly by Rapid Repair Pro.

Exclusions: Warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, client negligence, structural movement, existing fixture failures, weather damage, or issues arising from client-supplied materials.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by South Carolina law, Rapid Repair Pro’s total liability for any claims, damages, or losses arising out of or related to our services shall not exceed the total amount paid by the Client for the specific project in question. Rapid Repair Pro is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
